Delft Advanced Biofuels (DAB) focuses on the development and deployment of innovative technologies for fermentation. The Delft University of Technology spin-off developed FAST (Fermentation Accelerated by Separation Technology), a platform with a higher production capacity of valuable chemical compounds than traditional fermentation.

With the funding from Mibiton, DAB is investing in microbial bioreactors, incubators and a biochemistry analyser, for validation of and process development for selected microbial strains.
